Aluminium pivot windows are a modern option for many residential applications. They are used for a variety of purposes in residential buildings:

  • As they need less clearance space inside and outside, pivot windows are a good option where the clearance space is limited on both sides like corridors, attic rooms, basements and warehouses.
  • Due to their ability to be cleaned from the inside safely, pivot windows are particularly suited for use in high rise buildings or inaccessible spaces from outside.
  • Large sizes windows: Pivot hinges can carry heavy window sash up to 200kg which enables large sizes possible. Horizontal pivot windows provide a unique option for extra wide opening windows.
  • Pivot windows provide a much more stable natural ventilation, which makes them the ideal choice where maximum ventilation is required like hospital, offices and residential buildings.

Aluminium pivot windows are suitable for any type of residential and commercial buildings.
